- Right to lodge a complain: Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority that is tasked with protection of personal data in Kenya.
- Right to withdraw consent: Customer may withdraw consent to processing of Personal Data at any time unless otherwise provided in the Act. However, this withdrawal does not affect any processing done before receiving such a request, based on prior consent.
